TCTA exists in an environment of inter-dependency, characterised by a network of linkages with external bodies. It has a broad and diverse stakeholder base, and each fundamental relationship has the potential to contribute towards the attainment of corporate goals.
The Authority has moved from being strictly commercially driven to embrace a social conscience and identifying and implementing corporate social responsibility projects in support of the government’s developmental agenda.
TCTA is committed to fostering and managing relationships with business partners and other external stakeholders in a way that delivers strategic value. To this end, corporate planning takes cognisance of the expectations of different stakeholders and determines the extent of the role of each.
